Refund Policy

1. No Refunds
By default, iGotNext does not offer refunds. All subscription payments, including renewals, are non-refundable. This applies to partial billing periods as well — we do not provide prorated refunds for time remaining on a subscription.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will simply stop auto-renewing — you will not be charged again at the next billing date. Cancelling does not trigger a refund of amounts already paid.
3. Access After Cancellation
After you cancel, the commissioner retains full access to iGotNext through the end of the current subscription term that has already been paid for. Once that term ends, the subscription will not renew and access to paid features will stop.
4. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds where required by applicable law. Any exception granted does not obligate us to provide refunds in other cases.
