1. Introduction

iGotNext ("we," "us," or "our") is a platform for organizing pickup basketball games, managing leagues, and connecting players. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over your data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
• Activity data: Records of the leagues you create or join, games you organize or check in to, and players you manage within the platform.
• Usage data: Technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages you visit, collected automatically as you interact with iGotNext.
• Analytics data: Aggregated, privacy-respecting metrics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, RSVPs, check-ins, invite links created) collected via Google Analytics 4. This data is used in aggregate to improve the product and is not used for advertising.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your account.
• Enable you to organize and join pickup basketball games and leagues.
• Display your profile to other players in leagues you participate in.
• Send administrative communications such as game invitations and league updates.
• Improve the reliability and features of the service.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc., using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

5. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with the following third parties solely to operate the service:

• Google (authentication): We use Google OAuth to verify your identity. Google's handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare (infrastructure): We use Cloudflare Workers and D1 to host and run iGotNext. Cloudflare processes data on our behalf under their data processing agreement.
• Google Analytics 4 (analytics): We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. GA4 sets cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) and may receive your IP address (which Google truncates before storage) and basic interaction events. We do not share GA data with advertisers and do not enable Google Signals or demographic reporting. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics site-wide by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and do not share your information with advertisers.

6. Cookies and Session Data

iGotNext uses the following cookies:

• Session cookie: Strictly necessary to keep you signed in. It expires when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
• Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*): Set by Google Analytics to measure aggregate site usage. These cookies do not identify you personally and are not used for advertising. See Section 5 for opt-out instructions.

We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell or share data with advertisers.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate information associated with your account.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your account and associated personal data.
• Portability: Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.

8. Children's Privacy

iGotNext is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of iGotNext after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
